The Antelope Valley Adult Education Regional Consortium was founded in response to state legislation (AB86). The following plans and documents have been developed by the consortium members to guide our work.

Organizations providing adult education services to the Antelope Valley community may submit a proposal for funding support. All submitted proposals must address one of the legislated Adult Education Program areas. Organizations may submit proposals for funding to offer services not currently being provided by Consortium members. Proposals will be reviewed during the following scheduled Consortium public meeting. During the public meeting Consortium members will be responsible for reviewing and vetting proposals to determine if they will be supportive and beneficial to the AV region’s mission. Proposals must be submitted online no later than 10 calendar days prior to the next scheduled public meeting. Public meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, but are subject to change based on holidays.
